Orders are generally shipped out within 2-5 business days once order has been placed.

You may return any product within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping) provided you (1) return it unopened in new, saleable condition & in the original packaging and (2) include a copy of your invoice or sales receipt.

Items that are damaged or abused, missing parts or accessories, or etched or otherwise personalized may not be returned.

Assembled cages, and shears, thinners or blades that have been sharpened, as well as muzzles that have been used, may not be returned.

A 25% restocking fee may be applied, at our sole discretion, if all return criteria have not been met.

You may ship any approved item for return at your expense or we will be glad to accept it when delivering another order.

Defective products must be returned or exchanged within 30 days and are subject to manufacturers warranties and policies as listed below.

We reserve the right to refuse any return.
